Move toward what matters.
I help people become more flexible in how they respond to difficult thoughts, feelings, urges, and experiences—so the stuff happening inside doesn't have to decide what happens next.

Practical therapy for complicated internal stuff.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) & Anxiety
I specialize in working with people whose lives have gotten smaller because of OCD, anxiety, fear, and uncertainty. I help people change how they respond to what’s happening inside so they can get back to doing more of what matters.
College Students & Young Adults
While not exclusively, I focus much of my practice on college students and young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, independence, and the uncertainty that often comes with figuring out what they want their life to look like.
And Because Humans Are Complicated…
I also work with trauma, depression, life transitions, sexual concerns, ADHD, and autism. These concerns often overlap with anxiety—and with each other. People rarely fit neatly into one diagnostic box, and I don’t expect them to.
Evidence-based without being rigid.
My counseling work is grounded broadly in contextual behavioral science. ACT, ERP, CBT, CFT, mindfulness, relational work, and experiential practice can overlap depending on the person, the problem, and what is actually useful.
Developing the clinician—not just reviewing the case.
My supervision work is grounded broadly in contextual behavioral science and psychological flexibility. I work with South Carolina LPCAs and North Dakota LAPCs, with attention to the natural challenges, uncertainty, and growth that come with developing as a counselor.
